About Me
My name is Wendy Jacobs and I am the owner and founder of
Errands by Wendy.
I am a true New Yorker at heart, having lived here my whole life. I currently reside on Long Island in Syosset.
My college years were spent at The George Washington University where I was a marketing major and graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
After spending my career working in the retail fashion industry, I felt it was time for a change. I had always wanted to start my own business and had a strong desire to help people.
The idea for Errands by Wendy was born out of a personal experience watching my aging mother struggle to use the computer and drive. Daily tasks often became my responsibility, putting a strain on our relationship.
How helpful it would have been to have a trustworthy and reliable person to help take the pressure off.
Now that my kids are grown and out of the house, I have lots of free time and the experience to help others. Let me be that person for you!
